Great hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are clean and modern but interconnecting door meant we could hear our neighbours. Food was very high standard. In house band were the best one I've seen at a Warner's hotel. Spa was good but sauna was tired and in need of a refresh.

Now my favourite Warners!. We ate in the market kitchen with excellent buffet food choices. The theatre is well laid out with plenty of seating all with good views of the stage. The large late lounge bar area is beautifully appointed. The location on the Thames is lovely. The hotel has a calm relaxed atmosphere . We shall return.

I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.

We opted for a deluxe room with river view and juliet balcony. Best decision! Room was very large, bed extremely comfy. Only thing I wasn't keen on - half of the bathroom wall was frosted glass Our room overlooked the Bell Weir Lock. Food in both the Market Garden (buffet) and Bistro 32 (restaurant) was delicious and plentiful. All other publuc spaces were well-appointed, although the majority of chairs were very low.

Well appointed hotel, overlooking the River Thames and very close to the M25. Rooms and general areas modern and spacious. Food plentiful but lacked daily inspiration. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

I stayed at Runnymead Hotel and Spa in the last week of Feb 2026. A truly wonderful experience. I had never stayed at a Warner Hotel before, but I would happily go again. Whilst there majority of there customer base is older I felt as welcome as anyone else and felt it was all catered for any age adult. The hotel is lovely, I had a deluxe room which had plenty of space to enjoy if you want some quiet time. I found the hotel to be warm through out and normally didn’t need a jumper or cardigan. It was a warmer week with temp during the day between 10c and a balmy 17c. The main reception Lounge can be colder due to it being opposite the main doors which let cold air in as people go in and out. My room was 2078 which faced on to the bin area so it could be noisy with bins being emptied. It also didn’t have a view. Personally it didn’t bother me and given the low price I paid (£80 per night for the room) I have no complaints about that. Though there are plenty of quiet spaces in the hotel such as the Live Lounge Bar or the seating in the Spa area during the day. The swimming pool is very nice with 2 saunas and 1 steam room. They have a very large theatre area (used to be a conference hall) with plenty of seats. The entertainment was good, without a Warner house band and normally during the week a few special acts. The food was very good. I often went with the Market buffet for ease, but the à la carte called Brassier32 was exceptionally nice for the included price. I paid the small extra for the beef short rib which was well worth it. All the food I had was hot in both the buffet and à la carte. The location is fantastic though it is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station. By train it is about 30 mins to Kew Gardens and about 45 mins to Waterloo station. The Harry Potter Studio tour is also only 30 min drive away. All in all an exceptional experience that I would recommend to anyone.

A lovely place and staff really friendly. All chairs way too low over the whole place. Only 1 or 2 a bit higher. entertainment really good. Definitely don't need a smoke machine. Some of us got sore throats and played up my asthma.we would go back

Hotel was great, rooms are nice and spacious . The spa itself was also great, lots of room and some cool facilities. However the food was pretty bad, especially at Brassiere31 - the dinner was bland and pretty flavourless, and the dessert, whilst good, felt like it had filler ingredients which weren’t needed. Take that tribute band was mid, and the entertainment felt like it was definitely aimed at the 60+ audience.
